1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and AdrenalineX. By inviting the bot, using the dashboard, running commands, accessing the API, or using any related service, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use AdrenalineX or any related services.

2. Description of Service

AdrenalineX is a multipurpose Discord bot and dashboard offering moderation, economy, music, leveling, temporary voice channels, tickets, security tools, server analytics, custom configuration, API access, and other community management features. Features may be updated, limited, removed, or replaced as the service evolves.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services, or older if required by the laws in your country. If you manage AdrenalineX for a Discord server, you confirm that you have permission from the server owner or administrators to configure bot settings and access server-related data.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use AdrenalineX to violate Discord's Terms of Service, break applicable laws, exploit bugs, reverse engineer the bot, disrupt the service, overload systems, automate abusive activity, harass others, distribute harmful content, or bypass permissions and security controls.

• You may not use AdrenalineX for spam, scams, raids, doxxing, threats, hate activity, or targeted abuse.
• You may not sell, resell, lease, or provide unauthorized paid access to AdrenalineX services.
• You may not impersonate AdrenalineX staff, support agents, partners, or official bot messages.

5. Data and Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, storage, deletion, and usage. By using AdrenalineX, you allow us to process the data needed to operate features such as moderation logs, economy balances, XP, ticket panels, temporary voice channels, dashboard settings, API access, and security logs.

6. Server Configuration and Permissions

Server owners and administrators are responsible for how AdrenalineX is configured in their communities. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, enabled modules, command access, role access, logging channels, ticket settings, and automation rules before using them with real members.

• Misconfigured moderation, automation, or role tools may affect server members or content.
• AdrenalineX relies on Discord permissions, API availability, and server role hierarchy to perform actions.
• Some actions may fail if the bot lacks required permissions or if Discord limits the request.

7. Premium, Payments, and Virtual Items

Some features may require premium access, coins, credits, subscriptions, or other paid options. Premium features are provided for the selected plan duration and may be subject to limits, fair-use rules, availability, and payment provider terms.

• Payments are handled through the supported payment or Discord support flow shown at purchase time.
• Refunds, transfers, or plan changes are reviewed case by case unless required by law.
• Virtual balances, rewards, and economy items have no real-world cash value unless explicitly stated.

8. API and Developer Use

If you use AdrenalineX API endpoints or developer tools, you must keep tokens, keys, and credentials private. You may not scrape, overload, probe, or abuse API endpoints. We may rate-limit, suspend, rotate, or revoke API access to protect service stability and user data.

9. Availability and Changes to Features

We work to keep AdrenalineX reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features can be affected by maintenance, bugs, Discord outages, third-party provider issues, network problems, or abuse prevention systems. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any feature when needed for safety, reliability, compliance, or product direction.

10. Third-Party Services

AdrenalineX may interact with Discord, hosting providers, payment providers, media services, social platforms, and other third-party systems. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account actions, data handling, or service limitations outside our control.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to remove the bot from any server, disable features, revoke premium access, suspend API access, or block any user or server at our sole discretion if we believe the service is being abused, misused, attacked, used illegally, or used in a way that harms AdrenalineX, Discord users, or community safety.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AdrenalineX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost revenue, server disruption, member actions, moderation mistakes, or third-party service failures.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. When changes are made, we may update the effective date, post a notice, or announce changes through the dashboard or support server. Continued use of AdrenalineX after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
