1. Data We Collect

AdrenalineX collects only the information needed to operate bot, dashboard, API, moderation, economy, leveling, ticket, and community features.

• Discord user IDs, usernames, avatars, public profile details, and server membership information.
• Discord server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, category IDs, webhook IDs, and server configuration settings.
• Economy balances, XP, levels, leaderboard records, rewards, inventories, daily reward activity, and custom profile settings.
• Moderation settings, moderation logs, warning records, automod rules, ticket panels, ticket metadata, and security events.
• Temporary voice settings, welcome settings, reaction role settings, custom commands, embed builder data, and module preferences.
• Dashboard actions, login/session metadata, API token activity, IP-related security metadata, browser/device details, and error logs used for protection and troubleshooting.
• Uploaded or configured media such as welcome backgrounds, module preview images, custom bot avatars, banners, and story/top-story content.

2. How We Use It

Data is used only to operate, secure, personalize, and improve AdrenalineX. We do not sell your data.

• Provide bot features such as moderation, logs, levels, economy, tickets, temporary voice channels, music controls, and server automation.
• Save dashboard settings and apply server configuration changes requested by authorized users.
• Protect accounts, servers, API access, premium access, and bot systems from abuse, spam, attacks, and unauthorized use.
• Debug errors, monitor reliability, measure feature usage, and improve performance.
• Provide support, investigate abuse reports, verify ownership, and respond to data requests.

3. Legal Basis and Consent

By adding AdrenalineX to a Discord server, using the dashboard, running commands, or using the API, you consent to the processing needed to provide those services. Server owners and administrators are responsible for informing members when server features log activity, award XP, create tickets, process moderation events, or store community configuration.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored on private systems with access controls, authentication, backups, and security monitoring. We use reasonable safeguards to protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. Access to sensitive operational data is limited to authorized maintainers who need it to operate, secure, or support the service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data only when needed to operate AdrenalineX, comply with law, prevent abuse, or provide support.

• Discord receives and processes data according to Discord's own platform rules and privacy practices.
• Hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, media, and payment providers may process limited data needed to provide infrastructure and paid services.
• Information may be disclosed if required by law, valid legal request, security investigation, or to protect users and services from abuse.

6. Data Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for active features, security, support, backups, legal compliance, and abuse prevention. Some records may be deleted automatically when a server removes the bot, when a feature is disabled, or when a deletion request is approved. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before rotating out.

7. Data Deletion and Requests

Removing the bot from a server can start deletion of server-related configuration and feature data within 30 days where technically possible. Server owners or authorized administrators can request deletion of server data. Individual users can request removal of personal feature data connected to their Discord account.

• Some data may be retained longer when needed for security, abuse prevention, payment records, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
• Deletion requests may require proof that you own the Discord account or have authority over the server.
• Data controlled directly by Discord must be managed through Discord's own tools and privacy process.

8. Cookies, Local Storage, and Sessions

The dashboard may use cookies, sessions, local storage, or similar browser storage to keep you logged in, remember theme/language preferences, protect requests, and improve dashboard usability. Clearing browser storage may log you out or reset local preferences.

9. API Tokens and Credentials

API tokens, dashboard sessions, and authentication credentials must be kept private. We may log token usage for security and rate limiting. If a token is leaked, abused, or suspected to be compromised, we may rotate, revoke, or suspend it.

10. Uploaded Content

When you upload or configure images, banners, backgrounds, story media, embed content, custom bot assets, or other media, that content may be stored and served so the selected feature works. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded content is lawful, safe, and allowed in your server.

11. Children's Privacy

AdrenalineX is not intended for users under 13 years old. If we learn that data from a user under 13 was collected through our service, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where possible.

12. International Processing

AdrenalineX services, infrastructure, staff, and providers may operate in different countries. By using the service, you understand that data may be processed or stored outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards and provider practices.

13. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, infrastructure, legal requirements, or service practices change. Continued use of AdrenalineX after an update means you accept the updated policy.
